Role Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) What you'll be doing: Providing technical and regulatory documentation support with all products requiring re-notification / re-registration and product label updates within the Brand Visual Identity (BVI) Project. Key responsibilities: The job description for this Regulatory Administrator role includes : Technical and regulatory documentation support with all products requiring re-notification / re-registration and product label updates within the Brand Visual Identity (BVI) Project. Day to day work will include:
  • Downloading and preparing Technical regulatory documents from Avon's R&D data systems (e.g. ingredient lists, formula disclosures, claims sheets, packaging specifications). This role will be ensuring document availability and traceability to relevant members of the EMEA RA team to minimise local registration and notification dossier preparation. They will also be responsible for ensuring documentation is collated as required for our product information files .
  • Other tasks, as necessary, from time to time to support the regulatory implementation of the BVI project.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Ideally a university degree or 3 years relevant work experience
  • Hands on knowledge / experience of using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Detailed oriented person with excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multi-task and to meet agreed timelines.
  • Primarily administrative skills, but knowledge, experience or interest in learning more about the Cosmetic Regulatory environment is a plus.
  • This role and may provide the candidate with entry level experience in a regulatory environment to help progress their future career.
