Responsibilities

Commercial Growth

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to exceed revenue targets across all revenue lines with a focus on face to face and digital opportunities. Use data to inform and inspire decision making and to build insight into client / industry performance. Be a driving force in the selling of a suite of products to help our clients achieve objectives including participation at events, market leading digital products, sponsorship & branding opportunities. Utilize market leading data to represent to clients the value of participating at events and increased investment.

Customer Optimisation:

Become a trusted advisor for clients – sharing expert knowledge, industry best practice, advise on wider B2B/Trade strategy - all to inspire customers to think beyond what's possible. You excite clients in both face to face and digital environments and are skilled at multi-threading relationships with key partners to understand thecustomer's value drivers across economic, functional, emotional, and symbolic dimensions. Develop proposals and presentations to showcase the value of exhibiting at RX Global events, and negotiate contracts with exhibitors and sponsors Effectively use data to be able to present the value of participating at our events, identify opportunities for clients and increase average order value.

New Business Acquisition:

With a growth mindset, you will understand the importance of attracting new companies to participate at events and engage with our brands. Attend competitor events, industryand trade association events (both domestically and internationally) thereby obtaining industry and market intelligence, maintaining and creating new relationships, expanding the database and prospecting for new business. Working with marketing teams to build campaigns to attract inbound leads -responding to all leads in a timely manner Identify and engage with potential exhibitors and sponsors, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships.

Performance & Development:

Be accountable for ensuring that all essential customer information and interactions are recording accurately in Salesforce. Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline which can be relied upon for accurate reporting to key stakeholders. Naturally curious, you will constantly seek opportunity to try new and different solutions and have the courage to take risks. Having a growth mindset will allow you to identify training needs and take ownership to deliver the improvements required. You will be open to new perspectives and be able to skilfully gain support in your ideas and critically challenge those of others. With a love of learning, taking the time to improve yourself will be essential to your future development within RXUK. You will actively seek feedback on your own performance and be able to self-reflect on your performance KPIs.

Industry Expert:

You will monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive innovation, inform sales strategies and tactics. As an expert in delivering best in class exhibitions you will stay ahead of future trends and emerging technologies, and be able to confidently represent RX Global at industry events
