We are working with an amazing company, long established as an industry changing organisation with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.

They are now looking to expand their talented Credit Control team.

The objective of this position is to maximise cash collections and minimise bad debt through great customer service and effective debt recovery.


What you'll be doing

  • Resolve queries from internal and external customers
  • Identify, investigate and resolve complex queries.
  • Progress accounts through the internal and external debt collection processes
  • Process, analyse, cleanse and format data for debt collection purposes.
  • Liaising with various third parties on a daily basis regarding customers' accounts, arranging predisconnection visits, processing visit results.
  • Liaising with other departments within the company to sort out any issues preventing debt collection.
  • Identify bad debt.

What you'll need to apply

  • Good experience working within a Credit Control position
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Must be flexible when working, able to accommodate to fluctuating workload
