About Our Client:

My client is a large FMCG company that operates on a global scale.

They are growing at a rapid rate, and are therefore looking to increase headcount within their finance function to support their growth.


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle the processing and verification of invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
  • Assist in managing employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement
  • Support the monthend close process by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any financerelated queries
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager to support departmental goals

The Successful Applicant:

  • Available immediately or within short notice
  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar finance role. FMCG industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to work independently
