What is my role as Senior Receptionist?


The Senior Receptionist is part of the 3 Michelin Star team and is the first and last person our guests come into contact.


That person must represent the Lecture Room sophistication, elegance and kindness and transfer that in their interaction with the returning guests in that exceptional room.

Charming, welcoming, with a genuine passion for customer service, we are looking for an individual with personality and energy.

Part of the role is to help prepare the service ahead and review the guests details and preferences to give that personalised welcome to each of the 16 tables.
