Master Data Administrator

Responsible for supporting data management for the EMEA and APAC region providing efficient, accurate and timely execution and reporting. Delivering an excellent standard of client service, compliance with external regulatory and reporting obligations, internal management reporting processes and deadlines.

What you will be doing:

  • Processing new suppliers and customers data on Workday.
  • Managing existing data for suppliers and customers.
  • Assist suppliers on the invoicing portal.
  • Assist in mass data changes
  • Maintaining the Master Data service desk to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Managing user access on Banking Platforms.
  • Managing company credit cards, including creating new cards and credit limits across different banking platforms and doing spend analysis.
  • Run Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and supplier compliance checks.
  • Operate the Month End Close procedure and work with global finance teams to ensure an efficient and timely close.
  • Assist the procurement and legal teams in reviewing supplier contracts.
  • Ensure data controls are enforced.
  • Support the implementation of process efficiencies & contribute towards a high standard, continuous improvement culture.
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
