Role Overview:


As the PMO Support Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Change and Transformation function in the delivery of collating accurate information for reporting, maintaining and chasing for system updates.

You will also provide administrative support to effectively manage all projects and programmes within the Bupa Global Portfolio.

What you'll do:

  • Update and maintain the integrity of data and proactively request updates from others to maintain accuracy
  • Chase updates and actions to conclusion with key stakeholders
  • Extract and model data to provide information for decision making
  • Assist in the preparation of portfolio reporting and dashboards
  • Analyse the data extracts and report any impacts or issues that are likely to impact the portfolio
  • Assist in the management of project documentation setting standards, auditing files and papers and provide feedback on missing information
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation, take action notes and minutes during meetings.

  • Hold excellent Excel skills at least to an intermediate level
