We are seeking a highly skilled Finance PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions division at Legal & General. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of Financials across the team, both operationally and within all Portfolios and Programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Definition and Control: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine financial processes and controls, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Financial Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reporting packs, including monthly management meetings and quarterly reforecasting processes.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Finance Business Partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement and Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, and implement changes to promote continuous improvement.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a Finance PMO role is essential.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, Power BI experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in finance or a related field.
