£15,479.76 per annum inc of geographical allowance (29hrs p/w)

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an excellent team supporting customers based in Letchworth.

Offering support to customers with learning disabilities and mental health conditions living in supported living and their own homes in the community.


You will work together with the team and in partnership with other agencies to provide an excellent service to ensure the customers' needs are being met.

You will be passionate about ensuring the service we deliver is person centered in supporting the individuals to develop their independence, confidence and skills, at home and in the local community including:

  • Planning and preparing meals.
  • Accessing social and leisure activities in the community.
  • Accessing activities of interest with customer in the community.
  • Prompting with aspects of personal care.
  • Ensuring health needs are being met.
  • Assisting with keeping home environment habitable.

About You


As a Support Worker, you will help people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities in their home or out in the community.

This might include motivating someone to eat healthily or visit the gym, or providing support to a person with emotional challenges.


_Please note a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is useful but not essential_

  • Good at working on your own and within a team
  • Excellent at communicating with people
  • Able to complete good quality support records using IT systems
