Job Title: Cerebral Palsy Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to a young individual with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions, including cerebral palsy.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the client, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, with a focus on cerebral palsy.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as a diploma or degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work the specified hours.
