Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions, including cerebral palsy.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting the client's independence and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as a diploma or degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including short days and evenings, and 12-hour waking nights.
