Job Title: Cerebral Palsy Support Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cerebral Palsy Support Professional to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to a young individual with complex needs, including non-verbal communication and wheelchair dependency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised care routines to meet the individual's unique needs.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions, including PEG experience.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the individual's quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual's condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
