The OT will be a key professional in the multi-disciplinary team, offering support to other agencies and team members. It is community-based, and the OT must be independently mobile to conduct home and community assessments.

- Currently Occupational Therapist
- Mentorship Module (degree level)
- Evidence of specialised continued professional training in clinical practice
- Training in Cognitive disability model
- Training in AMPS
- Management training
- APPLE accreditation
- Relevant experience of working with adults with complex needs or adults with mental health needs and skills that is transferable.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Experience of working with people with cognitive impairment. Substance misuse issues.
- Ability to travel across the county in a timely and flexible manner
- Current Driving license
- Highly developed clinical reasoning skills
- Highly developed skills in occupational therapy assessment and treatment
- Sound knowledge of national agenda for mental health.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a clinical team.
