What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting various talent programs and processes
  • Coordinating talent events and training programs
  • Handling administrative tasks and logistics
  • Creating presentations and documentation
  • Managing invoices and reports
  • Supporting HR projects

Our must-haves:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Autonomous and collaborative
