Existing for over 20 years, our client is a well-established landscape design and build company based in Surrey with an impeccable reputation within the industry.

The director of the business is a multi-award-winning garden designer, who works alongsideclients and their expert team to design and build beautiful outdoor spaces.

Their style focuses on combining contemporary design with soft, cottage-style planting for their all-domestic clients.

Due to their increasing popularity, they are now looking fora Junior Gardener to join the team who can grow and develop into an experienced gardener under the guidance of their existing team of knowledgeable horticulturalists.


The Job:

  • Maintaining gardens to the highest standard of horticultural practice
  • Plant and border maintenance
  • Planting, pruning, weeding and mulching
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
  • Liaising with customers and staff
  • Be aware of health and safety on site

Key Skills:

  • Existing plant knowledge with a horticultural qualification; this is desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail, have a creative flare and a passion for learning
  • Be punctual, tidy in appearance and have good "common sense"
Please note that a full clean driving licence is essential for this role

  • Working hours for this post are 7:30am5pm Monday to Friday with a 30minute break._
