You will be employed with a full contract, no zero hours uncertainty.
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to ensure consistency and adherence to established recipes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service. Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the kitchen staff. Share culinary knowledge, techniques, and best practices to help them develop their skills.
Food Safety and Hygiene: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and participating in regular stocktaking. Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
