Key Responsibilities include:
- Running MRP and actioning purchasing requirements and works order generation
- Maintaining the MRP system with correct pricing, lead times and information
- Monitoring of purchase orders, ensuring correct confirmations are received and overdue orders are tackled
- Supplier management
- Compiling and maintaining purchase records, supplier databases and procurement contracts
- Evaluation of suppliers and the review of product quality control
- Project monitoring of all live projects
- Maintaining and monitoring inventory.
- Managing appropriate stock levels and reviewing any stock write off's
- Line management of goods in staff
- Attendance of management meetings with project and purchasing updates
- Helping prepare budgetary quotes to the sales team
Salary:
Up to £32,000.00 per year
