Job Title: Asset and Procurement Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset and Procurement Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of raw materials, assemblies, and support services to maintain production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage select suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory levels.
  • Liaise with Engineering, Planning, Sales, and Manufacturing disciplines to ensure a team approach.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly expedite reports to designated supply chain partners.
  • Analyze exception messages from the ERP system and place purchase orders.
  • Prepare electronic document packs for custom part orders.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure timely flow of materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience in purchasing electronics or electro-mechanical components/parts.
  • Confident user of MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Must drive and hold the full right to work in the UK.
