We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Executive Assistant in providing a smooth and effective administration function for Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services.

You will need to manage your time effectively undertaking a variety of administration tasks and assist with daily operational duties.


Duties to include:

  • Assist the Executive Assistant to efficiently manage and support a busy Directors Office
  • Collate and circulate weekly Pharmacist schedules
  • Assist with the timely submission, formatting and circulation of Monthly and Quarterly reports
  • Manage office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking trains, taxis, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
  • Manage Company Fleet Vehicles
  • Update and maintain corporate contacts database
  • Process monthly credit card expenses
  • Manage internal and external post
