Warranty Manager - EFW

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements
  • Guaranteeing contractual obligations towards the client
  • Managing damage reports and coordinating necessary actions
  • Reporting project status and progress regularly to management
  • Coordinating maintenance activities with clients, partners, and internal departments
  • Facilitating information flow within the organization and problem-solving
  • Conducting client meetings efficiently
  • Active management of claims
  • Sharing project feedback with product managers
  • Ensuring smooth project handovers
  • Identifying and pursuing follow-up business opportunities

Job Requirements:
  • Providing technical guidance within the organization
  • Strong process and product knowledge
  • Experience in international industrial large-scale plant construction and intercultural communication
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in problem-solving using standardized methods
  • Expertise in selecting and implementing solutions
  • Developing conceptual solutions considering operational aspects
  • Extensive experience in supplier management
  • Experience in installation, commissioning, and operations beneficial
  • Sound business acumen
  • Ability to coordinate and integrate tasks effectively
  • Assertiveness, flexibility, and resilience
  • Degree qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Power Generation sector, focusing on facilities like EFW, Biomass, CHP, or CCGT/OCGT
  • Strong methodological, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Good project management abilities
