We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to work for a friendly and supportive company based in Leicestershire, LE9. This company boasts over 25 years' experience delivering their services internationally and are leaders in their field. The role will involve overseeing the company inbox, managing requests for quotations and information, and forwarding other emails to the appropriate team member. You will track and meet customer deadlines, update the CRM system and project folders, and archive information when required. Other duties include processing sales orders, warranty documents, overseeing the handover of sales to the service and after-sales teams, and collaborating with colleagues in various departments. You will also assist with monthly sales reporting, forecasting, and participate in sales and admin team meetings. Additionally, there are opportunities to take part in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. We are looking for a capable administrator who is proactive, flexible, solution-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in using Microsoft packages. Experience with Sage 200 is advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.

The role is Monday to Friday, 09:00 am – 17:00 pm (08:30 am – 16:30 pm during training).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming requests for quotations and information alongside technical sales engineers
  • Oversee the common inbox and distribute emails as required
  • Track and meet customer deadlines
  • Update the CRM system and project folders
  • Call consultant engineers and contractors to confirm technical requirements on projects
  • Archive project-specific information
  • Process sales orders and warranty documents
  • Oversee handover of sales to service and after-sales teams
  • Assist with monthly sales reports
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events

About you:

  • Experienced administrator
  • Sales admin experience is desirable
  • Able to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages. Experience with Sage 200 is desirable but not essential
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must be a driver with own vehicle due to rural location

This position is temporary and will become permanent after a successful 12 weeks.
