TikTok is looking for a Business Planning & Operations Manager to join our UK Ecommerce, Strategy & Ops team to define and implement growth strategies. This role requires a highly analytical mindset and curiosity to find solutions for partner/customer needs. You will work closely with Category Operations and will conduct analysis to inform future category plans in the short and long term. You will own projects and programs end to end and work cross-functionally.

Act as a key strategic partner to the fast-growing TikTok commerce team.
- Support performance analysis and target setting.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis category and seller-level strategies, and provide recommendations.
- Lead the operational execution and project management of key strategic directions. Establish processes, feedback loops, and investigational workflows relating to each project. Own auditing and impact analysis of each topic.
- Provide support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking. Analyse and draw conclusions from diverse data sets and understand how to brief and work with specialists to solve complicated problems.
- Improve processes to prioritise and use resources effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy development and execution, or other relevant work experience in Investment (PE, VC), Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, etc.
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate ambiguous work environments with high degrees of judgement and critical thinking.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with experience interacting and influencing at executive-levels and with cross-functional teams.

Preferred experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation.
- Strong proficiency in and demonstrated hands-on experience utilising querying and analytical tools and conducting data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python); experience analysing large data sets using the latest tools will be advantageous
