We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Maintenance Department as our Maintenance Co-Ordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To administrate and support the maintenance department at The Ritz London
To ensure the smooth running and operation of the hotel
To both proactively and reactively ensure all maintenance administration is completed promptly
To co-ordinate and administer the maintenance reporting system

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Relevant experience in engineering or maintenance departments, preferably within the luxury hotel sector
Strong administrative ability and confidence using computer systems
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, both internal and external to the company

Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills, with attention to detail being paramount.
