Join us as a Community Nurse in Dover, where you will collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to the health of Dover residents.

Being a Band 5 Community Nurse involves ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in their homes. You will use your clinical expertise to create care plans based on evidence for individuals in various settings.

Additional Working Pattern:
Working hours ranging from 37.5 to 22.5 hours, including weekends. Shifts between 8 am and 6 pm.
