St Barnabas Hospice are looking to recruit a Palliative Care Centre Coordinator to work as part of our team. We have a fixed term vacancy to work as part of the Palliative Care Coordination Centre (PCCC).
Hours:
30, Monday to Friday
Base:
The department is working from home, however,some training will be carried out within an office setting in Lincoln.
Contract :
Fixed Term for 6 months.
Starting Salary:
£24,048 per annum, pro rata (band W1) per annum pro rata (plus weekend unsocial hours enhancement of 30%)

ThePCCC is the single point of access for St Barnabas Community Services. You will work as part of a team using atelephone network, bespoke computer database, alongside other ITapplications. You will be required toliaise directly with NHS, voluntary, private sector care providers over thetelephone in order to arrange packages of care for palliative patient wishingto remain at home.
Qualifications andExperience:
Applicationsare welcome from candidates with an education to GCSE standard at grade C orhigher, in at least Maths and English or NVQ/life skills equivalent and becomputer literate to CLAIT / ECDL standard or equivalent, with provenadministration skills and experience of working in a multi- functional officeenvironment involving regular coordination and liaison with people (experience of coordinating meetings, training sessions or social events).
