The post holder will be expected to manage confidential information, exercising discretion and upholding high professional and ethical standards The post holder will provide programme support to assist the PMO team with or lead aspects of the following:

Undertake duties as directed by the CEO / Programme Manager to support the delivery and implementation of specific projects.

Compile data and produce reports as required.

Support the team in the management and updates of project plans, risk and issues logs, communication and engagement plans and other project related documentation.

Provide general support to a wide variety of projects. Prepare project documentation and communicate with the CEO/ Programme Managers. Organise and coordinate project meetings, including creating agendas and supporting outputs documents. Arrange and plan events, managing all event administration, documentation, attendees etc.

Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload. Administration Provide day to day project support to the CEO / programme manager. To objectively deal with difficult and complex enquiries from Executives, Clinicians, senior managers and stakeholders regarding the programmes Provide project support for the various programmes including but not limited to transcribing content from workshops (e.g. flip charts), creating project documentation (risk, issue and action logs), arranging meetings and events.


Prepare agendas and support outputs from meetings and events To source and gather information to assist the team in prioritising their workload effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved Assist the team in the preparation of presentations and reports, including visuals using a variety of digital platforms and technology.
