FULL TIME LETTINGS PROPERTY INSPECTOR

Responsible for carrying out property inspections around our portfolio of managed properties throughout the West Midlands, carrying out final inspections of properties once tenants have vacated and inventory reports before a tenancy starts.

You will be professional, articulate, organised. IT literate and able to work under pressure to keep strict diary management appointments.

You should be customer service driven. Use of technology required. Full training available.

Access to your own car is essential, as you will be travelling through the local area. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Job Types:
