Job Summary:

The CLR Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, attending daily meetings, and negotiating offers with both tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate applicants for our properties by calling existing databases and responding to enquiries from property portals.
  • Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss your day and sales targets.
  • Negotiate offers with both tenants and landlords to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings to showcase our properties to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Money Hungry: A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Target Driven: A focus on achieving results and meeting KPIs.
  • Articulate and Professional: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous Lettings Experience: A proven track record in lettings and sales.
