Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic residential sales team in Sutton, working in our well-established Gascoigne-Pees estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
