Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with property owners and tenants, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the complete lettings process from initial inquiry to tenant move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, effectively presenting properties to potential tenants.
  • Facilitate negotiations of rental agreements between landlords and tenants, aiming for optimal outcomes for all involved.
  • Remain informed about local rental market dynamics and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Manage all requisite documentation and administrative tasks associated with property lettings.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in a lettings position, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local rental market is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
