Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with property owners and tenants, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in overseeing the complete lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, effectively presenting properties to potential tenants.
  • Facilitate negotiations of rental agreements between property owners and tenants, aiming for optimal outcomes for all involved.
  • Remain informed about local rental market dynamics and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Manage all necessary documentation and administrative tasks related to property lettings.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in a lettings role, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local rental market is a plus.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

  • Real estate agency: 1 year (required)
Working Days:
  • Monday to Friday 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM, with alternate Saturdays 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM and a lieu day accrued for Saturday work.
