Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager at Spicerhaart Estate Agents. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and working closely with our experienced property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our experienced property management team to ensure that all properties are managed in accordance with our high standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing them with regular updates and information about their properties.
  • Manage complaints and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
