What we need is someone who is self motivated able to work individually or as part of a team. Confident telephone manner who able to put people as ease. Someone who is orginised and able to multi task when busy and completle tasks when quiet.
Some of day to day workload will include the following:
- Answering inbound calls
- Improving our office procedures where needed
- Ordering supplies
- Contacting clients to confirm bookings
- Job Scheduling
- Raising Invoices / taking payments
- Making sure job recomendations are quoted and sent to customers
Skills required:
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- This is essential we really need to you have a full knowlege of Word Excell and Outlook
Communacation
- We need you to be confident when talking with our customers alot of the time you with me there first point of contact.
Orginsation
- We have quiet periods and busy periods we need someone whos able to get jobs done quickly and accurately.
When we say weekend aviliabilty its not to work in the office its to take calls via a office phone.
Job Types:
