We are actively looking for apprentices for the following types of positions:

  • Customer service Level 2 and Level
  • Business Admin


The responsibilities of these roles are to support, engage and communicate with different departments in the company as well as interacting with internal or external customers.

The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.

Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs, Functional Skills or Key Skills at grade C/4 or above in English and math's (or equivalent)
  • Work experience/prior knowledge is beneficial but not essential


Training is delivered in the workplace with visits from S&B Automotive Academy's Business Account Manager both face-to-face and over the phone.

After completing your apprenticeship, you will gain an accredited qualification meaning you will have a safe bet for developing a stable career This is a qualification recognised all over the world in a highly in demand industry.
