Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required:
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365FO
• Experience in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple functional areas of ERP Business Processes, D365FO functional design, testing, UAT and support experience
• Strong proficiency in either of below areas:
• Finance including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank and related best practices.
• SCM including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse Management and Product Master and related best practices
• Project Management & Accounting and related best practices.
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
• Solution estimation methods
• High impact Communication skills
• Business Acumen
• Customer Orientation
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Team player
Preferred
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Should have at least one D365 End to end implementation experience.
• Should be able to configure and test product for various business scenarios
Responsibilities:
• As a Functional Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the D365FO ERP implementation project or support project
• You will be intensely involved in requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and propose D365FO solution with product best practices
• You will also play an important role in the translating the requirements and solution to development and final validation.
• You will be required to prepare test strategy, test plan, test execution and troubleshooting of developed solution
• You will be required to create training plans and training client teams for developed solution
• Incase of support project – understand the issue reported, analysis and propose fixes on D365FO solution
• You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
