About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of business solutions, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX and DFO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies, ensuring seamless solution deployment.
  • Design and deliver training programs for clients, empowering them to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, with a strong understanding of DFO functional design, testing, and support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex client scenarios.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of ERP business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a consulting environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in finance, SCM, or project management, with a deep understanding of related best practices.
  • Ability to configure and test products for various business scenarios, with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
