About the Role

iSoftStone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to design and implement tailored solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in requirement gathering, business analysis, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions (Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, etc.) that meet client requirements.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business processes.
  • Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing and resolving challenges.
  • Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional design.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, or other Dynamics applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications.
  • Project management skills with experience in leading complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
