Territory Sales Manager, Medical Devices

The company are a world leader, improving healthcare through cutting edge technology, offering a wide range of medical devices and software solutions in clinical areas from emergency response to testing, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Their products include Physiological Measuring Equipment, Patient Monitoring Systems, Defibrillators, Ventilators, and other medical devices.

They now have an opportunity to join the team as the Territory Sales Manager for London and the South East.

The Position:

  • Acquire new clients and retain existing ones through collaboration with our specialised partners.
  • Take ownership of your assigned region, including revenue and profit margin goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximise market penetration.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system by creating forecasts, analysing profitability, and participating in tenders.
  • Prepare for sales calls by compiling product information, organising demos and events, and crafting proposals.
  • Content and commercial responsibility for your assigned territory, including market analysis, customer relationships, and pricing strategies.

The Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in medical technology
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients across public health and private hospitals.
  • Deep understanding of critical care or patient monitoring & cardiology a plus.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, take ownership, and excel in a remote, team-based setting.
