£77 per day (full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to primaryaged students with SEMH needs, both on a onetoone basis and in small groups.
  • Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies tailored to individual students.
  • Collaborate closely with the SENCo and other professionals to ensure the holistic needs of students are met.
  • Regularly monitor and document student progress, offering constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages engagement and personal growth.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient in implementing behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a specialist SEMH primary setting.
This full-time position operates Monday to Friday during term time. The salary for this role is £77 per day.
