EMEA People Services Payroll Administrator, Cambridge

  • In this role you will support the EMEA People team with providing a professional, accurate, confidential and efficient payroll service that enables the smooth delivery of Payroll processes to all functions within AVEVA._
  • You will be supporting and processing the UK payrolls, and managing the outsourced process._
  • Responsibilities_
  • Administer payroll for employees in UK, working with the EMEA People Services Payroll Specialist
  • Resolve payroll errors when raised by employees, managers, and members of HR
  • Data entry into the payroll system, ensuring all local compliance is met
  • Assist with responses to general HR queries including HR Helpdesk resolution
  • Supporting the EMEA People Services Payroll Specialists in their roles as and when required
  • Supporting with any adhoc HR/Payroll projects
  • Maintaining accuracy of all documents and records
  • Adherence with departmental KPI's, with work requests responded to and completed within agreed timescales
  • Document audits and reviews completed within agreed timescales
  • Skills & Qualifications_
  • Minimum 612 months payroll experience
  • Confident using the full Microsoft Office package including Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively without close supervision
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Desirable Skills & Qualifications_
  • Knowledge of HRIS Technology (Workday/ServiceNow)
  • CIPP qualification
