Are you a **highly organized payroll clerk**? Working for this industrial company **located north of Cambridge**, that has established itself as one of the most respected national names in their sector, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as gathering data from the internal system and timesheets, calculating wages on Sage 50icloud payroll, and ensuring employees receive their pay promptly.


About the Company:
The company offers **Free onsite parking**, **22 days of annual leave** (+8 bank holidays), a **Christmas week shutdown**, and a **pension plan**.
This position is **exclusively based in the office**.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Gathering data from the T&A system and validating timesheets.
  • Inputting employee details and payroll information into the system.
  • Addressing employees' inquiries and issues related to payroll.
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in payroll.
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records accurately.
  • Generating regular payroll reports, including year-end documentation
  • Reviewing P32/Paye returns for accounting purposes.
  • Key Requirements for the Payroll Administrator role:
  • Proficiency in **IT** (**Microsoft Office**)
  • Strong and professional telephone communication skills
