The ONE Group are working with a large multinational, based in Cambridge, they're on the lookout for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their team in a newly created role.

They operate a hybrid working policy with 3 days in office and 2 from home.


The company have place high importance onto finding great people that align with their core values, someone who can help develop their culture with a positive impact.


Work experience wise, ideally you'll have EMEA Payroll experience already, however if have only had UK exposure but show a demonstrable willingness to learn how to take on international payroll, then you will also be considered for this position.

You will be running the payroll for a few countries, as such this role is also open to those coming from a payroll bureau background - due to the transferable skillset.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end payroll for a portfolio of EMEA countries
  • Month end closing of your payrolls
  • Work collaboratively with the HR and people teams
  • Dealing with all payroll related queries
  • Support the audit process with relevant payroll information
