About Our Client:

Our client is one of the largest and most successful Investment Management companies in the UK. This position is for their office based in Liverpool City Centre.

The responsibilities of the Procurement Administrator and System Coordinator are:

  • To be the first point of contact within the business for the day to day administration queries
  • Work with source to pay system users to understand and document required changes to approvals and other processes and then feed them into the Finance systems lead for implementation
  • Create and update a how to user guide
  • Develop and update Procurement systems training material
  • Provide training to new users
  • Provide support to users with system issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements with existing procurement systems
  • Data cleansing on a regular basis
  • Management and admin of supplier contracts database, ensuring that copies of all agreements are stored and updated.
  • Provide spend, compliance, contract management reports to the team
  • Provide admin support to the members of the Finance team

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Procurement Administrator and System Controller will posses:

  • An understanding of Procurement or previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Purchase to Pay systems (Proactis) but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excel and Power BI skills would be an advantage
  • Experience in end user training
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytic and people skills
  • Knowledge of eprocurement platforms or expense management platforms
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
