Administrator (Finance Assistant)

Job Description:
We have a fantastic role available for a Finance Assistant with our public sector client based in Edinburgh.
This 12 month fixed term contract offers 37 hours per week, hybrid working and a salary of £23,188 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Payment Plans: Implement payment plans for credit customer accounts that may fall overdue.
- Customer Service: You will be dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis, providing consistently accurate advice to customers
- Time Management: The ability to manage your time and workload effectively in order to meet deadlines is essential
- Discretion and Professionalism: You should demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times, as well as understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Accounts Receivable/
Debt Management:
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Debt Management would be advantageous
