What you'll do
We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our team.

As the Finance Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of data processing and administration, providing responsive and high-quality support to our business operations.

Reporting directly to the Operations Accountant, you'll help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a 6-month FTC and hybrid role - expectations are first 1-2 weeks fully working from the Edinburgh office and afterwards, 1-2 days working from the office.

How you'll grow

From raising and sending sales invoices to customers (including submitting them onto customer portals) and exporting into our finance system, to ensuring adequate purchase order (PO) cover for future sales, you'll experience a range of diverse responsibilities.

Your expert credit control skills will shine as you contact customers to prompt payment, and you'll have the chance to showcase your organisational skills by allocating customer POs and processing purchase invoices.

As a valued member of our team, you'll also collaborate with colleagues to tackle ad-hoc revenue and purchase queries, all while demonstrating your outstanding planning, organising, and attention to detail skills.

What you'll bring

To excel in this role, you'll be a self-starter with previous experience in an administration role within a finance team.

Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, and if you're familiar with Salesforce, Kimble, or finance systems like Netsuite, you'll have an advantage.
