Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office Administrator.

As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette to clients and visitors
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Client onboarding, including setting up physical and electronic files, undertaking money laundering and KYC checks

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
  • Proficient in typing and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems

Pay:
£23,500.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)
