Dr Linea Medical is seeking a proactive, motivated and self-driven Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing compassionate and comprehensive care to our patients.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding patient care by assisting healthcare professionals in consultations, examinations, and treatments.
  • Utilize your efficient and wellorganized nature to ensure the smooth flow of patients, maintaining schedules, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to anticipate and address patient and physician needs promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and reach.
  • Exhibit strong problemsolving skills to resolve issues and challenges that may arise in patient care, administrative tasks, and social media marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
  • Uphold strict infection control and safety measures to create a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in medical practices, procedures, and technologies.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Criteria:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanour to effectively communicate and connect with patients, colleagues, and physicians.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media marketing and digital communication platforms, with a proven track record of successful campaigns or initiatives.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities, with a proactive and innovative approach to overcome challenges.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and respect for patient confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software.
