This is an entry level position which will give you the opportunity to excel your career within the property industry.

You will be responsible for generating new business for Marsh & Parsons and creating, maintaining and nurturing on going client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking valuations into Sales and Lettings Managers' diaries
  • Ensuring notes accompanying valuations are accurate and detailed
  • Sourcing new leads from a variety of targeted sources to convert into valuation bookings
  • Ensuring all inbound leads are added to the database and contacted as soon as possible to arrange a valuation
  • Cultivating a productive working relationship with Sales and Lettings Managers through regular contact and effective twoway management of expectations
  • Creating, expanding and continually turning over pipeline of future business.
The successful Client Services consultant will be resilient, emotionally intelligent and commercially minded. Experience working in a Customer service, sales or telesales environment is beneficial however not essential. A positive telephone manner and verbalcommunication.
