This role is perfect for a highly motivated Customer Support Administrator/Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Dynamic Client Solutions (DCS) is a Training Provider based in Bromley near Bickley. We are looking for someone business-minded, enthusiastic and highly motivated team player.

Do you have experience in coordinating projects and keeping abreast of the administration to go with them? This may be the role for you.


FLEXIBLE WORKING - Hybrid Working

Working hours:
Monday

  • Friday 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities and Duties

Main Responsibilities:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Keeping the main social media up to date
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • Producing documents, and presentations;
  • Attending meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Carrying out specific projects and research;
  • Marketing new courses
  • Keeping website up to date with events and courses
  • Organising events
A multi-skilled and multi-talented individual is required to carry out varying tasks such as:

  • Brainstorming and developing creative ideas

Qualifications and Skills
Administration, Social Media, Co-ordinating, Advertising or related A 'levels/degree e.g. _Marketing, Business Administration, Business, Media is preferred._

Good level of fluency in English.

Organised, logical thinking, effective, hardworking

Good at social media and MS office

Required education:

Minimum A 'Levels

Required experience:

Administration: 3 years

Social Media: 1 years

Customer Service: 2 years

MS Office:
In particular MS Word & Excel

Marketing: 1 years

Canva and eventbrite: 2 years
