The Role


We have many different job roles available that fall under the customer service banner, but all involve liaising with schools and learners to help resolve issues and ensure that all our customers enjoy a world class service.

Strong admin and IT skills are also required.


Experience within a phone based customer service or contact centre setting would be an advantage but is not essential as full training would be provided.

What's important is that you recognise the importance of what we do and the role you would play in helping deliver exam results.


The position will start mid-May and is expected to last 6-8 weeks in the first instance however there could be opportunities for strong applicants to stay with the business on a longer term basis in as some contracts may be extended.

Work Pattern


Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday and will be based broadly around office hours, however overtime (paid at time and a half) may be required.
